The resort has been here for awhile, but is well maintained. It is like a maze moving from one amenity to another, which we found interesting. Grand lobby, excellent indoor outdoor pool, spa, private pool, gameroom, parking garage… all came together for an excellent getaway.

We have stayed here once before and had such a great experience that we came back. This time around our experience was just as good. Paul at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and went over the top to make our anniversary stay special. My only complaint was that the hot tub in the adults only area was out for emergency repair. Which, emergencies can't be helped, so it's not a mark against them. Juan at Draft Burger Bar (an onsite restaurant) was also great! Didn't rush us as we were trying to quickly finish our food before they closed. Would highly recommend everything here! The staff here make you feel very cared for.

Wonderful experienced and super friendly staff. Family friendly. Great for kids and toddlers activity center has toys and games and even some game consoles for teens. They have crafts activities daily too! The adult pool is serene and has a steam room. Big outdoor pool is covered half way. Jacuzzis are out uncovered. They have an indoor gym for free too. Super fun place!

I recently stayed at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa in Utah and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Laura at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Laura was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. What truly stood out were the thoughtful recommendations she provided throughout our visit. From local dining spots and activities to suggestions around Park City and the resort amenities, every recommendation was spot on and enhanced our overall experience. Her knowledge of the area and genuine willingness to help made us feel valued as guests. Laura’s outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and attention to detail are a true reflection of the high standards at Westgate Park City. She made our trip memorable, and we sincerely appreciate everything she did for us. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Park City.

I had an amazing person named Spring that took care of me during my stay. She was incredible and made my trip the best trip I have ever had in Park City. Spring should be how wonderful staying and owning a place at Westgate. She was so helpful with everything. My 11 year old son is still taking how special she made him feel. Valuable Extras: The inclusion of free ski waxing and specialized ski lockers equipped with boot dryers significantly enhanced my skiing experience. Extensive Resort Amenities Pools & Relaxation: The resort features three swimming pools and multiple hot tubs, including a dedicated adult-only area that I found particularly amazing. Hassle-Free Transportation & Parking: I benefited from the complimentary shuttle service connecting the resort to Park City and Junction Commons, as well as free parking in the secure, covered garage. Superior Property Management Responsive Service: My experience with iTrip Park City (the management company) was excellent. They demonstrated high levels of communication and persistence by sending maintenance multiple times to address a faulty microwave, eventually replacing it with a brand-new unit to ensure my comfort.

Westgate resort is a beautiful place with plenty of amenities. We especially love the indoor and the staff is always so friendly. The local marketplace is wonderful and the edge steakhouse is a great experience and a wonderful place to eat especially Mike and Valentino behind the bar excellent recommendations on food in beverage options. Definitely plan on returning.

I booked a spa day pass for my husband, our 8 yo, and myself. We booked an Airbnb for our stay that did not have access to amenities. I am so glad we did this! We all felt like royalty; the pool, hot tub and treatment spaces were amazing. We had a designated service person who brought drinks and setup a private lunch room for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better last vacation day.

The room was spotless And had every amenity that we needed. The front desk responded to our requests immediately. The fish shuttle service was very valuable for us, taking us to restaurants and the grocery store with no more than a 10 minute wait ever. The pool and hot tub were clean. Abundant towels available. The ski service And ski lockers was perfection.

Lovely hotel - every staff member was extremely kind and their pool/spa amenities did not dissapoint! Special shout out to Anita for helping me with a room upgrade for my stay. I highly recommend going for the slighty higher price option when choosing your room. For the small bump in price there were way more amenities.
