Mountain Valley RV Resort offers a high-end experience with spacious, level sites, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff. Guests consistently praise the resort's beautiful setting, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere, particularly the adult-only sections. However, some reviews note construction noise and potential issues with older equipment.
My wife and I had a terrible experience at this place on August of 2025, the electric hookups were not good at all, it ruined several electrical devices in our camper van, we had book three nights, but we decided to leave the complex the next day no reimbursement on the remaining two days. Friendly service at the front desk though. I would not recommend this business.
Right in the heart of town, beautiful, gated, and family friendly RV resort. Very clean and our spot was almost perfectly level. A little tight for the extra long rigs, but we still got in there without a problem. We will definitely stay again!
We absolutely loved this place! It's a beautiful setting, well maintained and clean, withmany amenities. The views are lovely. Would return any day. Love Utah.
I was so excited to check in here in the middle of the summer on a hot day. I was paying to stay here just for the pool, I have a fully self contained camper and dont need a hookup but was willing to pay jist so I could use the pool. After 20 mins of doing paperwork, a woman walked through the lobby and stopped what she was doin to ask me what year my camper was. My truck was almost brand new but the slide in camper in my truck, although completly rebuild, every single bit, especially the completly updated electrical system, the shell itself was from a 70s camper. And there fore I couldn't stay there because my camper was too old. I had to leave and the had to refund my card that they had already ran. I hope nobody gives them their money.
Everything about this place is top notch. Upon entry, staff use their golf carts to escort you to your site. The pool is heated and cleaned, along with the hot tub. I loved that the fire pit went on every night- it set a beautiful ambience. Everything was super high class and safe. My family loved every single minute of staying here. Offering Saturday night movies and food trucks just made it feel even better. Bathrooms were clean and showers were lovely.
This RV park is highly rated and we found it was just what we needed for our 22ft Class C camper. Ours was probably one of the smallest. We met a number of folks from the greater Salt Lake City area that leave their RVs there all season and go out for weekends. The pool and hot tub were great!
Chill atmosphere and for the most part very quiet. Love that there is a 21+ only section. Very nice facilities. Don't count on the gym for the best workout of your life may want to go to a local 24 he gym if that is something important to you
Mountain Valley RV Resort is by far the nicest RV Parks we have ever stayed at in our 10 years of RV'ing. When they say Resort, they mean RESORT! Whomever designed this park, designed it right! All the sites are spacious and level with concrete pads. We stayed in the Adult only section which was a bonus. No matter what part of the park you're in, the property is clean, immaculate and well maintained. The park has lots of amenities, and the surroundings are beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. We will be back! The bonus for us is that this park is only 3 stops away from our home. A stay here is highly recommended!
When I checked in the guy at the desk told me that I had a “nice site” but failed to let me know that there is major construction going on about 10 feet from my campsite. I understand that they have no control over the construction because it’s not on their property but maybe a heads up that construction starts pretty early in the morning and it’s loud. Maybe offer to see if I wanted to switch sites. I was also warned about the fine for dogs being off leash. I saw several people with their dogs off leash and no one did anything. One day I got a text that the grass was being cut. I left for the day and when I returned my picnic table was in my driveway. So my husband and I had to get out of our truck and move the table out of the way so we could park in our driveway. Overall if I were to stay again it would definitely be in the adult only section.
We stayed at site 3 for a few nights and had a great experience. The sites were level, easy to pull into, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Hookups worked perfectly, and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the area. Red was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We saw him around the park every day, always checking in and making sure everyone was taken care of. He really added a personal touch. The park was quiet and peaceful at night, which made it easy to get good sleep. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend. TIPS: They truck in their water, so be extra cautious of your water usage, leaks, etc. Make sure you have long hoses for your sewage and water. Some sites are right along the highway, if the noise bothers you, make sure to keep that in mind when booking.
