Great resort with almost everything you could want: concrete pads, nice picnic tables, private restrooms with showers, swimming pools with hot tubs, well manicured and maintained. The only drawback is their trees are still small and offer little shade. They also offer two types of campsites. In the family section they have nice lawns between campsites while the adult section offers broad concrete pads with small bushes in rocks separating them. Be sure to ask for which one you want when registering.

This beautiful resort is situated in the scenic Heber Valley. It is very convenient for exploring the nearby mountains and national forest. The amenities are first class and the staff is excellent. This RV resort is impeccably clean with lots of fun stuff to do for the family. And you cannot beat its location. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of it. We are from Pennsylvania and if we make it back to the Heber city and Park city area we will be staying here again.

Awesome campground, with two family and one adults only pool. Very clean, great paved parking sites, a few cabins available, close to Heber. FUN town, lots to do nearby. We spent a day at the Olympic training facility in Park City, but happy we stayed here. Several pickleball courts, but they need to direct the watering system, puddles on courts each morning.

I have to say this place was just amazing! The RV site has a great amount of space and just friendly faces everywhere. The kids absolutely loved being able to ride around outside on their bikes and we were parked right next to the basketball court and playground. I will definitely be back soon.

We stayed in the family area for 3 nights. Amenities were clean and maintained. It is worth noting that when we were at the pool we were the only guests who were actually staying there. Everyone else was talking about how they were locals and just come use the pool on the weekends. Internet is basically non existent and while we were cooking breakfast in the morning someone came by on a cart and sprayed weed killer right next to my husbands feet (also right next to our little kids). Maybe wait until people check out to do that?

Another winter season at this great park. We stay in the adult section which is quiet and has its own amenities (pickle ball, dog park, laundry, gym, hot tub and pool). With a large rig and tow vehicle, easy access and large pads are key, and this park has it all. The staff is always super friendly and they have some nice community events. The location is very convenient to town and to great state parks north, south, and west. Highly recommended

This RV park is truly a Resort! They have a family section & and Adult section (21 & older). 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, pools & hot tubs are HEATED. There are pickle ball courts, clubhouse, fitness center, exceptional dog park. ??Actually 2 dog parks. They have equipment available to check out: putting, football, basketball, ping pong, pickle ball, Frisbee, giant-sized checkers you can play outside on the grass, bagged ice is for sale.. For the kids: board games, coloring books, bubbles. I'm sure I'm forgetting something ? The staff goes above & beyond in everything they do. From the time you make your reservation until the time you leave the Resort, you will be taken care of. They have extra large site pads, the majority of them are up to 80' long, 25'-30' wide. Full hookups, 39 & 60 Amp electric. Have garbage? Just put in at the end of your site & the staff will pick it up & throw it in the dumpster for you. Need propane? Same thing! Not only is the landscaping beautiful, but the VIEW...STUNNING. We came fron Texas ( the edge of the desert) so being able to wake up & see the mountains is breathtaking -never gets old? Can'twait to see this place when everything blooms!. You're going to LOVE this place. I give it 10 stars!?

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this place on August of 2025, the electric hookups were not good at all, it ruined several electrical devices in our camper van, we had book three nights, but we decided to leave the complex the next day no reimbursement on the remaining two days. Friendly service at the front desk though. I would not recommend this business.

Right in the heart of town, beautiful, gated, and family friendly RV resort. Very clean and our spot was almost perfectly level. A little tight for the extra long rigs, but we still got in there without a problem. We will definitely stay again!
