I want to hear for a business meeting only in their conference room. The conference room was nice and right off the main lobby which was good for those attending but could be a little bit difficult if you had a lot of people in the lobby. Overall very clean and nice place from what I could tell. I didn't stay there so I can't rate the rooms or service.

I booked a room at this hotel about a month ago and the service was terrible. I was driving cross country back to college ( I am a legal adult), and decided to stay at this Hyatt House. I called in advance to make sure I could book and check in as an adult who is under 21, and I got confirmation from a real representative over the phone that yes, at the Provo/ Pleasent Grove location, anyone can check in over 18. After 9 hours in the car, I tried to check after waiting for a front desk agent who was sitting on their phone, only for them to tell me the age requirement is 21, the opposite of what I had confirmed on the phone that morning. They offered no help or real apology once the mix up had been discovered, or in suggesting places where a solo female traveler might find a place to stay that night after I was informed I could not check in. I didn't expect such a problem to occur with this well known of a hotel.

We had an exceptional stay. The staff were very kind and helpful with a situation that arrose (through no fault of theirs) during our stay. They handled it with the type of customer service that you always hope you will have, but that is rarely found in businesses of lesser quality. The accommodations were exceptional, spacious, clean, and very upscale. Made-to order omelet breakfast bar

Enjoyed our stay here during vacation! Very nice rooms with full amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains. Great breakfast! And in an area that is close to the interstate with plenty of food options around. Will be staying here again next time we come.

This was a great place for the wedding party to stay! The staff was wonderful….Brenda and LT you are especially great! We were here for a week. Loved the spa. Breakfast was way above the norm for free hotel food. Bar was busy…only downside was that you had to buy some form of foo with a drink. Suzy at the bar was personable and efficient. Fully recommend this hotel!!

Very clean hotel. We stayed Labor Day weekend. we are a family of 5 and stayed in a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Plenty of space in the room for everyone and their things. We had a hard time getting it to cool off below 67* so we all slept hot at night. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was one of the biggest ones we have been to for a hotel pool. Breakfast was excellent and you could get a fresh custom made omelette and a variety of other items. The gym had a nice variety of equipment for everyone. The staff were very friendly. The only downside I found was that one of the stair ways only lead to outside and not to level one access inside the building. They offered multiple conference room but we didn’t utilize those.

?????????? We had an incredible experience at the Hyatt House in Pleasant Grove! Our family gathered to celebrate my son Harrison’s Make-A-Wish shopping spree day, and this evening was the perfect finale to such a meaningful experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group — from helping us get settled in the ballroom to making sure everything ran smoothly. They were kind, attentive, and never once made us feel like we were a hindrance, even with kids, cousins, pizza, games, and lots of energy. We also enjoyed time together at the pool before the celebration, and the space was clean, welcoming, and perfect for creating memories. Harrison felt celebrated, supported, and truly special. Thank you, Hyatt House, for turning an important moment in our lives into a night we’ll always remember!

Bed was comfy (my bf does not agree), Ac worked well though clicked when turning off which did wake me up once or twice. Breakfast was delicious. Distance to the nearest Dutch Bros was superb. Pool was wonderful. Place overall was SO clean. Loved it! Will be back for my next stay-cation!

I travel for work and have stayed at multiple Hyatt locations. This is by far the best Hyatt location I have stayed at. The rooms were amazing and clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. The breakfast was delicious and the property was clean with a beautiful veiw of the Rocky Mountains everytime you step outside. From check in to check out, next time im back this will be the only Hotel I consider!

The 12:00 checkout in later than other hotels. We stayed here one night. The staff was awesome!! We asked for an extended checkout of an hour longer. It was given with no issues from the staff. The cleaning lady knocked on the door one time after we requested the extension, simply to ask what time we thought we'd be out, so she wouldn't bother us during this time. She didn't knock again until after the time I told her.
