I do not own a rental property, but have utilize their services for cleaning of my primary residence. Huber and Miriam‘s cleaning team has exceeded our expectations. They arrive on time and promptly begin a deep clean twice a month. Our house has never felt more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking professional cleaning services from a reputable firm.

Communication was seamless, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Wonderful company. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals in the US and abroad. The communication with Utah Homes and Vacation rentals has been some of the best I have seen. The reservationists are nice helpful and very informative about the local area.

Multiple TVs, an amazing bed, and the softest sheets and bedding I’ve ever experienced. Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals was fantastic, very responsive and genuinely accommodating with my early check-in and late check-out requests. Easy 5-star stay and I would absolutely book again!!

We rented a townhome through Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals for a week and it was such a lovely experience. The home was equipped with not only everything we needed but also some very sweet little touches like night lights in every hall and bathroom. The instructions were incredibly clear including where to find the garage door opener and pool key and check out was easy. The company was responsive and proactive and we will rent from them every time we can! Thank you for all you did to make our stay perfect!

Our stay at Snowbasin Chalet (RO 5061), listed thru the locally run VRBO-like "Utah Homes and Vacation rentals", is located on Mesa Lane in Mountain Green Utah and was only a short 15-minute drive away from the epic Snowbasin ski resort (home of the 2002 Salt-Lake Olympic Winter Games). We stayed in this brand-new development in Mountain Green and it's only a short drive outside of Ogden on the Eastern slopes of DeMoisy peak. In total it was a quick 45-min drive from Salt Lake's airport. In 3 hours after leaving Calgary, Alberta, Canada we were snuggly re-situated in mountain luxury, yet still cozy, like we were nestled within the heart of an interior BC mountain town. Our stay was exceptional in a brand-new 3-storey townhome. We brought a young family of 4 for a spring skiing vacation with the "grandparents"; and it was perfect! The kitchen blew our mind, it's so well stocked by a true gourmand; not your basic variety utensils and left-over pots and pans but just the best you'd buy for your own home. Slow-cook your steak on the provided charcoal BBQ! No need to go anywhere else for Après after the ski day. The spacious 2-car garage easily fit two midsize SUVs, complete with ski racks and boot heaters. I bet mountain biking from this home in the summer would be an amazing home base. Thanks UHVR, & especially Toddy & Kimmy's tastes and hospitality, they've turned this brand-new townhome style development into a cozy "chalet." Can't wait to come back!

I have been traveling to Utah for years and have stayed at several of Utah homes and vacation rentals properties. I always know I’ll have a clean and comfortable place to stay!! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good about Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals. I own a condominium in the Roam Community in Mountain Green Utah. I had a guest check in last night. The guest reported to me that there was no water to the unit. I immediately contacted Tod at Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals to see if he could help in anyway. Tod was able to locate a vacancy in one of his units. We moved my guest into his unit. Tod then dispatched his plumber to take care of my frozen water line. I am incredibly impressed with Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals and their team!! Thanks for all your help!!
