The Comfort Suites Hotel consistently receives positive feedback, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. While some guests mention minor issues like hallway noise and dated amenities, the overall experience is considered good value, particularly for travelers with pets and those needing trailer parking.
Fantastic Hotel. Rooms are spacious beds and pillows are super comfortable! Nice little set up area for business using computers and printer. Great hospitality/happy hour room that looks into the pool. Lots of tables TV set up. Has pool,, a gym, laundry area, sundries area and then a pretty decent breakfast. Definitely great value for the price . 100% would stay again
I don’t know how anyone could have anything negative to say about this hotel. It was wonderful! It’s clean, cozy and welcoming. We are definitely staying at this hotel again on our way back home.
Booked a Christmas party for 80 people in the ballroom. From the begining everything was smooth, communication was great from emails to phone calls Tiffany was always available to answer any questions I had. The Ballroom was perfect! We had round tables that sat 8. It was decorated for Christmas, they had trees and lights. The setup was very nice and everything was clean. They had many options for food we decieded on buffet style, came with salad with ranch dressing, bbq chicken, baron of beef, and pork loin, mash potatoes with brown gravy and corn, with rolls, dessert had cakes and pumpkin pies. Food was great! I booked a DJ( Dj habbit horse) on the side for 500 bucks for music lights, fog machine, and karaoke from 6pm to 10pm. The hotel set up a projector and dance floor for karaoke and dancing. All the staff was kind and fun, bartender and brook were awesome! There was an open bar as well, which made it that much funner. They made sure the lighting was to my liking we dimmed the ball room to make it dark and kinda of club style but still able to see the prerson in front of you. All in all everyone had fun! Would def do it again.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times during a move from one state to another. We moved, then had to move back and then had to move back again! We have a TON of animals so finding a hotel that worked for us was beyond stressful and almost impossible. We have multiple dogs (2 huge ones and 2 corgis) and a cat that needed to go inside with us and then we had two vehicles, both pulling trailers, one trailer full of cows, goats, a pig and chickens! The thought of leaving our animal trailer unattended over night was so scary but we had to get sleep to be able to drive. This hotel saved our butts multiple times and we are SO grateful! The part that made it even better was the lady at the desk named Kim! She helped us every single stay and always made sure we could see our trailer from our room which helped put us at ease. She is AMAZING! The hotel was always clean and they have enough parking for vehicles with trailers. We always parked behind the hotel along the curb. Heads up, because it is a very pet friendly hotel, on the bottom floor you will hear barking from random rooms. I’m sure that sucks for the people without pets but it’s such a lifesaver for those of us who need to have our pets with us. If you have pets and need somewhere to stay, stay here! If you need a hotel with trailer parking, stay here. If you don’t have either, it’s still a decent hotel and has a nice indoor pool and hot tub. We can’t thank Kim enough for going above and beyond and helping make our incredibly stressful trips a little less stressful.
We loved staying at the Comfort Suites! The room was very clean and comfortable. They offer a great choice of hot and cold breakfast options. We even got free chips and salsa and dessert from the restaurant attached to the hotel. When we told the woman we were checking in with that we are on our honeymoon, they upgraded our suite for free (which made our honeymoon even more special) Overall it was a great experience!
Hotel appeared to be updated Very clean Has attached restaurant called Cactus Reds where you get breakfast for free every morning. It is hot. It has eggs, bacon or sausage (changes daily), breakfast potatoes, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juice and hard boiled eggs You can hear people walking in the hallways. Not a big deal just takes some getting used to There is a coffee maker and small dorm room style refrigerator in the room. Water was hot and room was clean I did not hear any road noise from the adjacent highway. There is a gym, pool and jacuzzi though I did not use them. Both looked clean though.
VERY clean and well-maintained, spacious rooms, even a really good restaurant attached to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Views were amazing. Only complaint is the WiFi wasn't secure enough to satisfy my company's protocols and cell signal in the room was shite, so I had to jump through some hoops to find a signal strong enough to create a hotspot. Overall, this was a very nice hotel for the price (especially compared to other hotels in the area), and we would definitely stay there again. Recommend!
Great hotel. I had spent 9 days living in hotels. This one was the last one that we booked and it was the nicest looking of them all. I'd even go as far to say the hotel and rooms looked luxurious. Good service. Free breakfast at a little Mexican restaurant that's attached to the building. Good price too. We got a walk-in discount which was 15 bucks off the room. Definitely go if you're in the area. You could do a lot worse.
Not the worst hotel experience ever. I stayed here for a work trip for 2 weeks. Overall the rooms were decent and nice. Utah is definitely a different Beast so when traveling there be prepared for the idiosyncrasies of the town and what it can offer. The restaurant here is definitely lacking and don't order the Tex-Mex but everything else seemed to be fine from the area. They're breakfast is but pretty consistent on its lackluster
The service and location were terrific. The room itself was fine. The bed was awful. I could barely move after sleeping in it. I think it was an old mattress. There was a facility map but it would have been better if it were labeled and even better if it were a bit bigger for the visually impaired. We had to hunt for ice and laundry
