This hotel had a great vibe to it! The location seemed alright and I think that having traditional staff would be great especially for older guests, but overall I really loved our room and all the nice teas and soaps it was stocked with!

I love the full kitchen, stocked supplies, and rooftop access. The staff was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. There are many attractions for all personalities within walking distance of the hotel. I will be staying again the next time I am in SLC.

Location is great and feels safe. Lots in walkable distance. Loved that entry is all self service/virtual. Downside is there is NO way to get help for anything. No staff on site, and they don’t answer the number listed near the entrance as it goes straight to voicemail (even during business hours). The unit was also much smaller than pictured. I was given 2 towels and 1 washcloth for a 5 day stay. I also couldn’t figure out how to use the heat so I kept the AC off, but it would get cold in the evenings forcing me to bundle up. I wont rebook.. lots of other nice apartments in the area.

I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. I don't travel much and made this choice based on price, but the pictures looked great. I got there and was so positively surprised everywhere I turned. They thought of everything. It was the best mix of hotel and Airbnb and a vacation rental. Very happy with Maven STAY, would absolutely go there again without hesitation and I'm only disappointed I didn't get to meet the women who created this.

Spent 5 days here with my family. We really enjoyed the space to the max. The Kitchen was perfect for cooking, the television had great streaming, the wifi was perfect for the work I needed to get done, plus I was able to walk to the gym and lounge area with ease. Getting in and out was also very easy. 10/10 would come again.

Hi! For context this is my first time in Salt Lake City and I was solo traveling. I found Maven Stay, maybe after two months of them opening. My main attraction to this particular location was the easy access to food, in case I didn’t feel like leaving the place. Firstly, thank you to the Maven crew! This place is well designed and upkept. The instructions were clear and standard. The mishaps I had were purely because I didn’t read them correctly lol. When I got into the place, it was clean and fully stocked with more than what I thought I needed. Shoutout to women! Women have a manner of being prepared and efficient that *sometimes* men won’t think of. From the coffee to the tampons in the bathroom, there were small details that I can appreciate! The place was so quiet, I thought the residents may have been out of town lol. The community (few blocks) are weekly established and kept clean. Something I didn’t know about SLC was the homeless community, BUT I can say I never felt unsafe while walking around the city and neighboring areas. I’ve been to Phoenix and LA and had no encounters, compared to those cities. I highly recommend Maven for any woman, solo traveler, or traveler period!

I absolutely LOVE Maven Stay and honestly don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when I’m in town. I’m so glad I found this place and gave it a chance — it completely exceeded my expectations. I used to rely on hotels for the amenities, but Maven offers all that and so much more. It’s easy to access, has a gym, public patios, workspaces, and it’s surrounded by walkable shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. The location is ideal—just minutes from downtown, the freeway, and super convenient for Uber/Lyft pickups. Each unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need: in-unit washer and dryer (with detergent!), a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials that make it feel like home. And best of all—they’re pet-friendly! Each unit even comes with a pet bowl and treats. Highly recommend. 10/10!

I loved the staff less experience! They sent me the reservation door number the day before and the room number the day of on time and no hassle. Only thing I will say is that the walls are relatively thin so you can hear some banging and people talking sometimes.

I had a really wonderful time at Maven STAY for a quick three-day visit. I had never stayed at a staffless hotel before, so I didn't know what to expect. But the directions were super easy to follow, I saw several maintenance workers who were very nice, and the rooms were comfortable and stocked with everything I could need. I would definitely go back!

Location is great, building looks cute but everything else not the best. You will smell strong sulfur in the closets and bathroom. The building is slowly falling apart and all the carpets are stained everywhere. I rarely see anyone in the main office up front, maybe 1 time (for an hour) in the past 4 weeks. They can spend money to put cute quotes on the walls but the dog area and patio is neglected. I saw they put on events sometimes but they are not cheap.
