Please know before booking that Park City Rental (Kings Crown) is NOT flexible or reasonable. We were return customers after having a good experience in 2025 season that we booked again in 2026. Except in December our friends we booked it with had a triple bypass surgery. Because we were still 3 months away from our vacation I ask Park City Rentals after showing them the note from the surgeon if they would relist the property and if it didn't rent we would pay BUT they said no. Which makes absolutely no sense! I was told I should have bought the $1,000 insurance policy. Which is fine if I wanted to cancel out right but to not try and list it speaks loud and clear to their definition and desire of customer service. Very sad. They would of had a continued customer but now we will stay elsewhere in 2027.

Red Pine D8 in Park City was a perfect setting for us! We had two families, and the layout worked great us. It was apparent a lot of thought went into setting up the space and making the most of the layout. Everything was easy to use and information was readily available for everything in the unit. Super clean and cozy! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Park City location: easy walking distance to the resort and ski areas, Main Street, and grocery stores. The place was comfortable and made the trip simple and convenient. The hot tub was a great bonus after skiing. Would definitely rent here again.

The property we stayed at was gorgeous! Perfect location to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, amazing views, and very accommodating to and spacious to our large group. We loved the hot tub and the big bathrooms, the kitchen was gorgeous, and it was very homey! The instructions provided for the property were more than enough and very detailed. We would definitely stay here and use this company again!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The customer service at booking was incredible, and every question was answered qiuickly. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were there which were immediately addressed by the kindest, hardworking staff! The place we stayed was absolutely incredible - impeccably decorated, well-appointed kitchen, and just fabulous for our two families to rest and gather after skiiing. We would definitely come back. 10/10 for sure!

Wonderful stay at Park City Blackstone! Prior to booking, the staff answered all of questions and gave us suggestions to accommodate our group. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The location is in close proximity of everything you need to do and see in Park City. Our condo was clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We rented a condo in Ko Olina, Hawaii through Park City Rental Properties. They manage one condo there. We have used them in Park City before so wanted to try out their place in Hawaii as well. Right on par for Park City Rental Properties, everything was 5 star. Perfect condo. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with anything you could need. The resort area is perfect for kids/families and good hub to explore the rest of the island. Will definitely visit again.

Really enjoyed our stay at silver star. Even though it was shoulder season the rental company was fantastic. The concierge was great with communication and when the keurig broke the company brought a new one within a couple of hours. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We truly enjoyed our time here. The host was communicative and really ensured we enjoyed our stay. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean, and very well-maintained. It was also well stocked with almost everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The appliances were clean and new and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms afforded plenty of privacy for us. The beds were very comfortable. We actually enjoyed just relaxing in the home just as much as exploring the venues around Deer Lake, Park City, and SLC. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay. This mountain condo is an excellent location for both summer and winter getaways. A Deer Valley ski trail passes by the front door, and there are many nearby summer activities like hiking. The condo was well-stocked, modern, and incredibly comfy—great for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen design and appliances are top-notch, making cooking a pleasure. We’re already planning to return for ski season.
