Natural Retreats consistently receives high praise for its property management services, particularly regarding responsiveness and attention to detail, as highlighted by multiple recent reviews. Guests frequently commend the comfort, location, and amenities of their rentals, but some have experienced issues with property upkeep and inconsistent communication regarding services like ski access. While the company demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction, there are clear areas for improvement in addressing maintenance concerns and ensuring consistent service levels.

As a Park City Real Estate agent, I interact with property management companies on a regular basis. Natural Retreats - especially Christ Stenger and Betsy Smith - has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to property owners/sellers are unmatched. What really sets them apart is their responsiveness and genuine care. Whenever I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to provide clear, thoughtful answers. They truly have gone above and bey9ond for me in the most friendly manner. I would highly recommend Natural Retreats to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and proactive property management team.

This luxurious, stylish modern penthouse could not be in a better location to enjoy the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Park City. With three fireplaces, two jacuzzis, four bathrooms, and stellar views front and back, you will be comfortable no matter the season.

Even before we arrived, the staff was preparing us for our arrival and making it as easy as possible. The condo 1302 was amazing! Exquisitely decorated and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was present. Any time we reached out for assistance, the staff promptly addressed our need. Our family had a wonderfully comfortable stay and are looking forward to a return visit! Pictures are just a couple of the rooms and views from the balcony.

This is my second rental through Natural retreats. The first one in Big Sky was amazing. The one I am currently in has been very disappointing. As a property management company NR is pretty good and I have been happy with the service but this house should not be in their inventory at least not at the price they charged. My rental, The Powder Haus in Park City Utah , is big and spacious but needs some serious up-dating. I respect the owners and their desire to rent their home, but it’s not more than a $1,000/night rental quality. The carpet is filthy and very old. The kitchen mat was so filthy we had to relocate it. There was only one dish towel, no baggies, foil or wrap and no Tupperware. The appliances are good and the kitchen is nice, but they are missing so many things a person might want for entertaining; serving platters, cheeseboards, aprons, nothing but cereal bowls for snacks, etc…. The dishes are very beat up and miss matched. There is no ski rack in the garage and the lockers in the mud room have no hooks and therefore are useless. The boot dryer is excellent and we were happy to have that. This house is advertised as a ski-in ski-out and it is not. There is a small funicular to gain access to the slopes, but that is NOT ski in ski out. The dishwasher broke the first night and we had a very nice man that spent 2 hours with the dishwasher pulled out, during our dinner party fixing it and thankfully he did. The hot water heater failed 4 out of the last 6 days, which is now hopefully fixed ( that can happen anytime to anyone but 4 days in a stay?) all of the Mattresses need to be replaced, none of the beds have nice bedding, its all synthetic fleece, and all the pillows need replacing. So having said all that my BIGGEST complaint is that i have tried in vain to get someone from NR to respond to me and make it right, i deserve some money back or a big credit towards another rental but they are completely non-responsive and do not reply to the emails i have sent. I feel like i have been taken to the cleaners on this rental. So folks, if you see this before they take it down really, really look into the rental you are interested in BUYER BEWARE

Not only should you book through Natural retreat when looking for a beautiful vacation home right by the slopes and with the best views, but if you own any property in park city and want to make extra cash by renting out your home or if it’s your second home and would like someone to take care of it, then Natural retreats is who you should call. They have helped me with all of the above. I have been with other company’s in the past and wish I would have came here sooner. Shout out to my property manager Starr R, she takes care of my home as if it was her’s own, which if you ask me that’s how it should be. So if you want someone to take care of your house and guest I recommend Starr to be your personal property manager.

Silver strike 706 is a spectacular unit in a prime spot on the mountain. Stepping right out the door to the lift entrance is such a bonus. The condo was well suited for our family of 5 with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. The kitchen is well equipped even though we didn’t use it much because there are so many amazing restaurants in park city which is just a few minutes away by car. We highly recommend this unit and the staff at Natural Retreats is wonderful. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed in condo 203 during the week of Christmas. The condo itself was gorgeous and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, our hot tub was not working when we checked in, and it took multiple phone calls over two days to finally get someone out to fix it. Strangely, too, the porches/balconies to the unit had not been shoveled of snow. The biggest disappointment, though, was that we had booked a ski-in/ski-out unit, and we learned upon arrival that the lift at Silver Star was not open. One staff member said it was due to lack of snow, but another said they had a set open date for around New Year's Day. Given that there was plenty of snow over our last two days and the lift was still not open, it does appear that they never intended for it to be open during our stay. The significant price of the "ski in/ski out" 3BR unit should have been discounted accordingly and/or they should have made it very clear on their site - before you book - when they intend to open the lift. Without a working lift, to get to the mountain, you had to take their ONE 1/2 shuttles (one proper van/shuttle and one sometimes-in-operation SUV). Getting to the mountain was pretty easy - with a wait of 10 minutes or so, but getting back in the afternoons was not. Our first day, we waited 30+ minutes, with the shuttle app constantly recalculating to tell us the shuttle was 8-9 minutes out before we finally paid for a taxi to take us back to Silver Star. Future days, we skipped the shuttle and drove everywhere we went. The office staff (concierge) was hit-or-miss in terms of their professionalism and responsiveness. We really liked Beverlee, who went out of her way to help us out during our stay. Other staff were not quite as helpful (see above - two days to get someone to fix the hot tub). We also asked for a key to our unit's front door (we had access only through the garage and a key pad), and we were told that they "discouraged people from walking through the plaza," so they didn't give out front door keys? We had a package arrive, and two days later, no one had called to let us know nor had they delivered the package to us. In summary, $17k is too much to spend for a 3BR condo without easy access to a lift, and the majority of the Silver Star concierge staff need to improve their responsiveness to guests.

We stayed at an incredible Main Street property that was spacious, clean, and convenient. Natural Retreats went above and beyond on amenities and customer service. Centrally located on Main Street, it made for easy access to dining, entertainment, and hiking. You won't regret booking this location!

The staff at Natural Retreats was incredibly accommodating during a recent trip to Park City, UT. Due to some unforeseen health issues with a family member, unrelated to Covid, we had to cancel our trip one week prior to our departure. They were extremely gracious in the cancellation process. Fortunately we received a positive update 3 days prior to our planned departure. We were able to rebook the same unit as we had originally planned. They were extremely understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Upon arrival we found that the condo unit was clean and in excellent condition. The on sight staff were extremely helpful in coordinated shuttle service to ski lifts and quickly addressed an issue we experienced with a clogged drain. The service was as good as we could have asked for. We will definitely use Natural Retreats again in the future.
