Ruby’s Inn at Bryce Canyon offers a historic and comfortable retreat just minutes from the breathtaking landscapes of Bryce Canyon National Park. Combining rustic charm with modern amenities, this full-service lodge provides the perfect base for outdoor exploration.
Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn is an excellent, centrally located base for exploring Bryce Canyon National Park with a wide array of amenities on-site, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and multiple dining options. The property receives high praise for its friendly service and a generous breakfast buffet, though guests consistently note that the accommodations are dated and functional rather than luxurious.
The rooms are very clean. There is a little bit of noise coming from the room on the second floot but we didn't even care since we were more than happy with the noise if that meant staying in such a clean room. The employees are friendly and they do a great job of making you feel welcome. We ate from the buffet and the food was well seasoned and had great flavors. Highly recommend staying here.
First thing to know is that you’re going to a tourist destination, Facil. So you can expect tire prices for food and amenities. Knowing that Ruby’s is a favorite place for us to stay whether it’s in the hotel or we bring our travel trail down and stay in their campground. The room was a fair size and clean and quiet so no complaints. They’re at all. We stayed there a number of times and I’ve always enjoyed it. It’s a destination my wife and I love to go to. The dinner buffet, I must admit, was disappointing in its lack of variety. At $28 plus tax. I don’t think it was worth it but again you’re at a tourist destination in a remote area so you have to expect to pay more. The breakfast for free which was free with the cost of the room was more than adequate. One of the things that is always rewarding is the pleasantness and helpfulness of all the staff. Taken into account it being a remote tourist destination. It is a wonderful romantic place to stay right outside Bryce Canyon national Park, which is itself is a incredible experience. It will always go back to Ruby‘s.
We recently stayed at Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn on our trip to Utah to visit the National Parks. Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn is an excellent base for exploring Bryce Canyon National Park, located just minutes from the entrance in Bryce Canyon City, Utah. Its unbeatable proximity makes early morning visits or sunset views effortless, with easy access to the park shuttle during peak seasons—no parking hassles. The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, and reliable housekeeping. We stayed in a double queen room that felt roomy and well-maintained after a long day hiking hoodoos. The included hot breakfast buffet provides plenty of options—eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, and coffee—to fuel adventures, though it's more quantity-focused than gourmet.Amenities stand out: an indoor pool and hot tub for relaxation, fitness center, on-site laundry, multiple dining choices (including a solid restaurant and general store for snacks/groceries), and even an art gallery and gift shops. Staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient, contributing to a welcoming Western vibe. While some find it pricey in high season and rooms a bit dated in spots, the convenience, family-friendly facilities, and overall value make it a practical, enjoyable choice for national park travelers. We'd happily return for its convenience and comprehensive offerings.
This was our 2nd time stay at Ruby’s inn and even in 3 years the hotel price was same which is amazing. Room was clean with lake view which was dried now and The location of this facility is so convenient to the park. I loved the breakfast which is included in the hotel price have good selection of hot and cold stuff along with fruits and bread. We tried the dinner buffet which was good for its price. My favorite part was their store which has wide varied gift items. My only suggestion is adding Asian menu in food.
When we arrived we quickly had something to eat at the restaurant attached to the Inn. After eating we had no problems checking in and finding our hotel room. The room itself was good. Not a lot of noise from outside or neighbouring rooms. In the morning the breakfast was served at the attached restaurant and we were given a voucher to present to staff for the buffet. The selection was nice and staff were helpful and friendly. Checkout was simplified by providing your email at check-in and leaving your keys inside your hotel room. No need to see the front desk again. Overall I’d stay again if I were coming to see Bryce Canyon National Park.
Highly recommend Ruby’s Inn! Room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and delightful. we loved the location. We came at the end of summer so it was a little busy but location to the park was perfect. The hotel restaurant was clean, great staff and good food- and plenty of it! The general store was handy and prices were reasonable. Everything was easily accessible.
I highly recommend Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. This is honestly the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and it truly made my trip special. The breakfast is generous and unlimited, much better than many other hotels. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. The hotel store has everything you might need, which is super convenient. Most importantly, the hotel is very professionally managed. I want to give a huge thank you to the Lost & Found team. I accidentally left my ring in the room, and the staff personally went to check it for me. They found it and mailed it back to me. They literally saved my vacation. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written, but I really had to say thank you. If I could give 100 points, I would give 100.
Wish we could have stayed longer! Only 1 mile away from Bryce and such a clean facility. I saw employees doing detailed cleaning at every turn. The free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The general store has everything you could need. The pool and hot tub and fitness center were great too. Very kid friendly and cutely decorated lobby.
This hotel was at the entrance of the park. You cannot ask for a better location. The service was great and the accommodations adequate. It was very nice to have restaurant and laundry on site. I would definitely stay here again. I like the old-fashioned lodge-y feel of the place, the big lobby with a fireplace and cozy couches.
Highly recommend Ruby’s it was very close to park entrance. Room was comfortable and clean. A bit noisy but for a motel pull up room that’s to be expected. The hotel restaurant was clean, great staff and good food. The general store was handy and prices were reasonable. Everything was easily accessible. My visit was in off season. It was quiet and delightful. I loved the location , not sure how it would be midsummer when it’s packed with people but location to the park was perfect.
