Ski Eagle Point Resort consistently receives positive feedback, particularly regarding its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent ski school, and affordability. However, recent reviews highlight significant issues with inconsistent service, misleading information regarding snow conditions, and cleanliness concerns, particularly regarding the state of the accommodations.

Eagle point is a very family friendly resort and I love that the lines are not long so I get more skiing time instead of standing around time. It's got great ski runs and it's one of my favorite places to ski!

Eagle Point is where my kids have learned how to ski. We've been coming here since before the pandemic. Everyone is always very helpful and the resort is constantly being upgraded & beautified. Skiing instructors are AMAZING!!! My youngest started at 5 & is now 11 and when we go out feels like home. Highly recommend checking them out.

Skied with Indy pass and reserved skis ahead of time. Still took over an hour to get on the slopes with only 1 group ahead of us at rentals and none at the window. The skis weren't ready so not point in doing it ahead of time. The young lady was very nice but appeared to be filling in and untrained. Slopes are great but it was a tough way to start a day.

Very Disappointing — Not Worth the Price. Go to Brian Head Instead. Paid premium prices on Valentine’s Day and got a premium disappointment. Online said lifts close at 4:30 PM. In reality, the manager told us they could stop running as early as 3:30 — with zero clear notice. Two staff we asked said they “didn’t know.” If you’re charging full price, give honest and up-to-date info. They advertised “packed powder” and 24 inches of snow. (Park city resort has 45 inches of snow and they label as packed powder) What we got was thin coverage with dirt, grass, and bare ground showing in many places. When we raised this with management, instead of being transparent or updating conditions, they just blamed “bad western snow”. I will try to add photos once we review footages. We spoke with someone who said he was the general manager (I believe his name was Tim but not sure and can’t recall). His attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. He showed no interest in customer feedback, no accountability, and no basic customer service. It felt like they simply don’t care about improving the experience. Staff seemed poorly trained, which isn’t surprising given this kind of leadership. Disorganized, misleading, and overpriced. Save your money and go to Brian Head instead.

This resort is amazing for a family ski vacation the hills are perfect for anyone beginner to advanced. If you are just starting up the ski school is top knoch and the terrain to learn on with help you learn the fundamentals.

We go to Eagle Point every single year in January. We just finished two full days and the bluebird days with wonderful spring snow conditions made it awesome as usual. They have great employees that care about the experience of the guests. It's so much better than the big resorts and we love it. Sad about the lack of snow this year but that's everywhere and honestly it was better than our home city resorts in Salt Lake. We will be back.

Such a nice ski resort. Small, but enough to have a great ski day without the crowds from other places!

Came here during the summer sightseeing and found this great ski resort and the bar was open. We took time to pour back a beer and talk to the bartender, Cameron, who is a wonderful person and had a great conversation about the resort and the area. Another family came in and while we didn't eat, the food looked wonderful. We would come back here in a minute.

Great family style resort that is accessible and budget friendly. The staff was helpful and the only negative was the lack of snow... definitely not the fault of the resort. Overall, cool experience with my family!

On closing day April 6th 2025, the resort was pretty much empty and we totally had a lot of fun that day. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning back every year.
