The room is nice and clean, also comfortable. We use the Marriott app to check in and ask for a Mountain View, finally they give us a nice Mountain View. The staff are very nice , the breakfast is so nice , the waffle machine is great as well. The location is great , we can go to the downtown, state capitol in just 10-15 minutes. It’s next to the highway as well. A very great place for the family to bring the kids as well!

We booked this place for two days months ahead of the time through Chase rewards. On the day we arrived we were told they didn't receive payment and can't check us in without paying. Manager is not on site on a Saturday afternoon and the poor guy at reception was on his own. Supposedly they changed system a few months back and supposedly that's why. Manager did not try to come in to solve the issue. They want us to pay first and solve it tomorrow morning after we leave for another city already. This is unacceptable practice to not have IT sorted this out beforehand given others has the same issues. Gross negligence on management. Vacationer beware.

Placing a reservation was very easy and quick. Directions simple, right off the highway. The girl at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was sleek and modern. Seems to be a fairly new establishment. A small snack area by the front desk. The seating area when you first come in is very spacious and comfortable. They serve a nice continental breakfast with waffle maker. My favorite. Fresh coffee and tea with half and half in the fridge are available until 8pm. You can eat at several different types of tables or outside in a nice area with tables and chairs. Only draw back outside is the highway noise. Although that noise is not heard at all in the building The room has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and a nice size tv. Beds are comfortable to sit on, haven't slept on it yet but seems nice enough. A pool is available as well as a weight room. The hotel is close to the Eccles Stadium for football games or concerts. A very nice place to stay. Now that we slept on the beds they are not as nice as I thought. All 4 of us complained we didn't sleep well or had aches. If your choice of bed is a firm mattress, this is perfect. If you like soft or pillow top this may not work for you. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This Fairfield Inn wasn't quite the Marriott experience I was expecting. It felt more comparable to a budget hotel than the quality I've come to associate with the Marriott brand. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the overall condition and furnishings felt dated and below expectations. Considering the location, I also felt the nightly rate was higher than it should have been for the value provided. The staff was courteous, and the hotel met the basic need for a place to stay, but I expected a cleaner, more comfortable experience for the price.

This place is very dishonest and scandalous. The cleaning crew will enter your room without knocking or announcing themselves not just once by accident try freaking 3 different times the cleaning crew entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves three separate occasions within a 4 hour time period. It got to be so weird and uncomfortable that I ended up leaving the hotel all together before 6 pm. Then the hotel proceeded to charge my card $335 for two extra days I never stayed there. Very dishonest and unethical place of business. Don’t ever stay here they will take your money one way or the other. Whether they steal it from your room or from your bank account. They will make sure you leave with no money in your account. Then make sure to take any more money that appears in your account upto a week after checking out. Warning stay far away from this poorly ran hotel if you don’t want to be completely screwed out of all your money!!!!

The hotel seemed fairly new, so everything looks updated and clean. Check-in was incredibly fast because the staff had everything prepared in advance, and the breakfast was excellent as well. The view was also great. The only downside was that, since the hotel is next to the highway, some road noise could be heard from the room, but it became quiet at night, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Thos looks to be a newer fairfield inn. The rooms are well maintained. It felt fresh. Breakfast is typical not much change from other fairfields. Location of this is hotel is superb. Mountain views are mesmerizing. Fairfield inn this area used to provide couple of water bottles upon check in. But most of them have stopped it. May be some kind of cost cutting, but it's not welcoming :(

I wasn't sure what to expect tbh but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway/near a cluster of Ski resorts so it was nice to be so close by. I would stay here again if needed. It was also nice that there was no daily parking fee.

PROS: Clean & just enough room. Fantastic free breakfast! CONS: No sign telling you which way is the elevator is from the entrance or on any floor and it's not obvious at all! The rooms don't have sufficient lighting and are too dark. Don't get a room by the main street because traffic noise never stops.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited! The view from my room was world class! Car charging available on site was a huge plus! The receptionist was very sweet and recommended some sightseeing excursions while I was in town. So personable and engaging! The free continental breakfast had actual mugs and cutlery available which added a level of class and sophistication that was very much appreciated!
