Stayed overnight for a quick ski trip and had a great stay! Room was convenient to get to from the parking lot, the hot tub was lovely and close to our room, breakfast was ready right on time. Additionally, Zonia was a lovely lady who was taking care of breakfast and was the highlight of this stay. 5/5 stay!

Stayed for 3 nights. Front Desk: Yuisla is extremely welcoming. Her level customer service is very rare in US hospitality. We noticed how consistent she is with all customers. Room: Clean although aged. Breakfast: Basic selection. Fitness: Disappointed as there is no bike.

Love this hotel! And I fell in love with the beds. So much I had to get one just like it. The staff is very accommodating, breakfast was great. I always have a nice time when I stay here.

They went above and beyond what’s expected to take care of me for the week I stayed with them. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!! I’ll definitely return.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn in Cottonwood while our kids were in town for skiing. We really appreciated the staff’s warm hospitality and welcoming attitude throughout our stay. The experience was comfortable and enjoyable, and we would strongly recommend this hotel to others traveling to the area. We’re already looking forward to being back next season.

My business team stayed here over the course of 3 months. I made at least 17 reservations at this location during that time. I spent over $10,000 on stays. The reason we chose to continue to comeback was due to the quality of service provided by Amanda and Hollie. I cannot speak highly enough about how they both made my life, job, and business easier to manage by being highly skilled and efficient at their craft. Their onsite teams, location, quality of rooms, and pricing were good and competitive, but the experience of working with both of those ladies is why I continued to have my team stay at this location. I would also like to give a shoutout to Wendy. Hollie and Amanda actually saved my company money in the long run because there was zero hassles when coordinating with them. They valued my time. Hollie and Amanda will both be my first POC when I have future work in the SLC area.

**Amazing service** with a caring team throughout our stay. We had a great time, and as needs popped up—like the kids getting hungry after the drive in—it was so nice to have a convenience shop for snacks and drinks. I witnessed **tremendous kindness** being shown to a senior guest returning from a shuttle ride as we were checking in. From my experience this weekend, I gathered the sense that this is where you want to be for a comfortable stay; regardless of your need, you will be met with a kind smile and helpful staff. The **hot breakfast next to the fireplace** was a special treat as my kids devoured their waffles. All this would have been enough if it wasn't for the absolutely **breathtaking mountain view**. Now I'll need to bring the family back when there is snow!

Awful experience. The lobby and the room smelled bad, was very outdated, and triggered an allergy reaction within minutes. The front desk was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care, likely because the stay was prepaid. We ended up leaving and checking into another hotel the same day.

Really bad experience, place is smelly, old and dirty. I left the place after few minutes there to another hotel. I don’t know how people can sleep there. The desk couldn’t care less, I try to see if we can get at least part of the money back since we didn’t imagine the hotel is that bad. They didn’t even try to show they care , just said no, it’s policy and let me leave and I paid in full.

Our family trip to SLC for a wedding, complete with a toddler and small dog, nearly turned into a disaster when our reserved AirBnB's AC was broken at the peak of Utah's summer. Thankfully, the Residence Inn came to our rescue, saving our trip. This property truly shines. Not only is it beautifully situated at the foot of the mountains, with easy access to great restaurants and shops, but the staff is genuinely wonderful. We were able to secure a pet-friendly, two-room suite with a full kitchen – a real find and incredibly helpful for our family's needs. We even had the pleasure of meeting Grayson, the General Manager, who made our daughter's day by giving her a hotel bear. Throughout our week-long stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to assist us. The amenities, including the pool, breakfast, and well-maintained grounds, were all excellent. We also greatly appreciated how clean the property was and how accommodating they were with our family's schedule for room cleaning. Overall, we highly recommend this Residence Inn. It's an excellent choice for families, especially those traveling with pets and children.
