We were barely through the door before check-in was sorted the staff moved with quiet efficiency and a warmth that felt entirely unforced. The room left nothing to be desired: spotless, serene, and paired with a breakfast that was straightforward and genuinely good. A peaceful stretch of street outside did the rest, giving us the rare gift of a long, completely uninterrupted night's sleep. The biggest surprise, though, was the value everything this place offers at this price is the kind of thing you mention to people and make a point of coming back to yourself.

I've stayed here twice for week-long work trips and will return for future trips. The rooms are recently renovated, the staff are super welcoming and helpful, and everything worked well for me on both stays. The continental breakfast is typical: bagels, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, sausage, diy waffles. There is coffee and tea available around the clock. Parking is easy. Located near a variety of chain restaurants (my favorite was Thai Better) and stripmall shops. I found it to be pretty quiet at night despite the proximity to the highway. I didn't use the gym or pool & hot tub but other guests seemed to enjoy those. Wheelchair accessible main entrance; spacious elevators; bathroom would be hard to navigate in a wheelchair so I recommend booking an ADA room.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to what was advertised. In January, an outdoor “heated” pool that is too cold to use—and a hot tub that is barely warm—is a major letdown. Amenities like this are a key factor when booking. Breakfast was another disappointment with very limited options and no pancakes or waffles. Comparable hotels offer much better selections. Additionally, after two nights, our room was never serviced—no fresh towels or housekeeping after being out all day. Overall, this stay was disappointing and we won’t be returning.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early which was a bonus. The rooms are very modern looking and very comfortable with a desk and day bed; bathroom is also very roomy with a shower and plenty of towels. Hotel looks pretty new and the front desk gentleman, Daniel, did say it had been renovated. They offer breakfast, fitness center & conference rooms as well as plenty of space in lobby area with comfortable tables and chairs. Located about a 25-30min drive from SLC airport. There are also several places to eat within walking distance and hotel & neighborhood feel safe.

This is the most wonderful place I ever stayed at. Out of all the hotels in the valley I have stayed here the most. Great breakfast, great atmosphere. The place looks wonderful and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the fitness center and the fire pit area. I've got some great deals here.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a great stay! At check in it seemed like there was technical issues, but the staff was very professional and was very obviously trying their best to get things worked out as fast as possible. Props to them for handling that tricky IT problem, as well as a lady (who seems to have left her review here, Susan) who kept loudly complaining about it. Not sure why she thinks the staff was rude for having IT problems, but in my view they did a great job. Other than that, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Very disappointed in customer service. I had colleagues fly in early in the morning for meetings and dinner. Arrive at the hotel about 8:15pm, no agents were at the front for about 4 minutes. When the two arrive back all computers are done. Both agents even stated that they shouldn’t have walked away. While they are working on getting the computers back up we were told “this is going to take a while you should go have a seat.” You have three people exhausted and that’s what they are told. Took over 40 minutes and the resolution was to go knock on doors and hope the rooms are empty. Next morning an associate talked to the manager and they were just disregarded, not even an apology. Stay at Marriott location quite often and I have never experienced this type of customer service. I understand IT issue happen but if you treat your customers with some care and compassion you would have a better outcome.

Horrible customer service. Great if you’re looking to be treated like less than a valued potential customer. Director of sales called me back regarding another customers review. Never spoke to me directly prior to and was very defensive, rude and disrespectful to me. She did not have her facts right and would not accept my request to leave it alone because I didn’t book with them. She assumed that because I asked for a discount when they were already booked and getting their full money. That it meant I didn’t have money to pay. She kept assuming we didn’t have the money to pay and told me because of your “lower budget” glad you found something “cheaper” and changed her tone to be very snarky and childish. Just how a teenager would when they aren’t getting what they want. Very unprofessional for such a nice area of south Jordan.

Stayed four nights. Rooms are adequate but towels are paper thin and certainly not up to Marriott standards. Wi-Fi was out the entire visit which made working very difficult. No body wash in shower. Breakfast buffet offerings sparse and rarely replenished.

Staff isn’t the friendliest, but the breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and clean. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and I’m always amazed that they really deep clean the rooms. The location is close to a major highway and there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Definitely would recommend!
