This facility met the usual good standards of Hilton properties. Our reception was exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is excellently located in the downtown area, with interesting restaurants nearby. Be sure to enter the address properly in the GPS since it sounds like we were not the only ones to have been led astray. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star for the rooms were the pillows that needed replacing.

Truly the friendliest staff. Both Frank and Lily were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. I was surprised how much their interactions made a difference, but it made the hotel stay more fun and more memorable because of their friendliness. The room was clean and comfortable, the lobby was clean and inviting. A safe and walkable area, and parking was simple and straightforward. Would stay again!

The hotel is clean and nice the front desk lady at check in was super helpful and kind. The young man who was incharge of cleaning our room as we got there did a great job and the attention to details with towels didnt go unnoticed. All in all everything was great, only complaint was the street is SUPER loud but that is out your control but wish maybe you could implement some noise canceling curtains or something.

This hotel has weird parking, but the stay was fine. However, my issue is they issued me an incorrect invoice and then I was charged twice on my card. First charge was the amount of the invoice and the second charge was not in the invoice. When I called the hotel to inquire about it, there was only one lady working at the desk and she have me the run around and kept me waiting for over 30 minutes to attend to other clients and I finally was unable to resolve it. I have filed a dispute to the transaction with my credit card. Next time I am in that area, I will consider finding another play to stay.

Hotel itself is fine. Rooms are decent, and the restaurant is actually quite good. The biggest detractor is the road noise off Washington Ave. With a quick internet search, I found this issue of street racing and loud exhausts has been going on since 2017. The city of Ogden won’t or can’t do anything to deal with it. So if you have a room facing this street, it will be a long and restless night.

Usually I book in advance but I was unexpectedly in Ogden for a night so I walked in off the street. I was welcomed by Frank Gerrard (I think) and he was extraordinary! Friendly and helpful doesn't quite cover it. Generous and interested. I was impressed. And I watched him greet another set of guests (the parents of a basketball player from out of town) - and he treated them the same way. I love great service.

Our Valentine’s dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant was truly unforgettable. Chef Josh and his culinary team curated an exceptional Valentine’s feast that exceeded every expectation. The Miso short ribs were absolutely phenomenal — tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly crafted with passion and care. You can truly feel the heart behind the food. It was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great little spot in Ogden. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location, but what really stood out was the service. Frank, the night manager, genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that my stay was smooth. You don’t always see that level of effort anymore. Really appreciated it — I’d definitely stay here again.

Paper thin walls. Could barely sleep because I could hear the neighboring TVs all night. TV setup is very crude. Overall, rooms and pool facilities need updating. Insufficient parking when the hotel is full. Service was good, and the lobby was quite nice. Location is great.

We stayed 3 nights in November. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. Gabby and Kobie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Saul on the maintenance crew. Took the time to repair the fireplace starter and get our TV functioning properly! We will definitely stay here again.
