This hotel has weird parking, but the stay was fine. However, my issue is they issued me an incorrect invoice and then I was charged twice on my card. First charge was the amount of the invoice and the second charge was not in the invoice. When I called the hotel to inquire about it, there was only one lady working at the desk and she have me the run around and kept me waiting for over 30 minutes to attend to other clients and I finally was unable to resolve it. I have filed a dispute to the transaction with my credit card. Next time I am in that area, I will consider finding another play to stay.

Usually I book in advance but I was unexpectedly in Ogden for a night so I walked in off the street. I was welcomed by Frank Gerrard (I think) and he was extraordinary! Friendly and helpful doesn't quite cover it. Generous and interested. I was impressed. And I watched him greet another set of guests (the parents of a basketball player from out of town) - and he treated them the same way. I love great service.

Our Valentine’s dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant was truly unforgettable. Chef Josh and his culinary team curated an exceptional Valentine’s feast that exceeded every expectation. The Miso short ribs were absolutely phenomenal — tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly crafted with passion and care. You can truly feel the heart behind the food. It was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great little spot in Ogden. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location, but what really stood out was the service. Frank, the night manager, genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that my stay was smooth. You don’t always see that level of effort anymore. Really appreciated it — I’d definitely stay here again.

Paper thin walls. Could barely sleep because I could hear the neighboring TVs all night. TV setup is very crude. Overall, rooms and pool facilities need updating. Insufficient parking when the hotel is full. Service was good, and the lobby was quite nice. Location is great.

We stayed 3 nights in November. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. Gabby and Kobie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Saul on the maintenance crew. Took the time to repair the fireplace starter and get our TV functioning properly! We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in the center of downtown providing great views and accessibility. The staff is courteous and helpful. The restaurant serves great food all the day long. Rooms are spacious and upmarket. The TV could have been android for better connectivity, rest all the hotel was simply great.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn due to a flood at my home, and I can honestly say the kindness and hospitality I experienced here meant the world to me. From the assistant managers and front desk staff, to the chef/dinning staff and the cleaners, every single person went above and beyond to make me feel cared for during a stressful time. Their warmth and professionalism turned a difficult situation into a truly peaceful and pleasant stay. The food was also absolutely to die for delicious, fresh, and comforting in every way. I am so grateful for the genuine hospitality shown throughout my stay. It was heartfelt and deeply appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and care.

Loved the service! Gabby and Phoenix were so kind and accommodating. I adore them. The room itself left a bit to be desired. The shower water smelled musty and there was what looked like mold around the drain in the sink. Also the coffee maker really needed to be cleaned. Otherwise it was great! Clean linens. Great service ????

Pulled in at midnight just needing a room after driving straight thru from Tennessee. Very kind staff clean rooms was sorry I had to leave so early on my way to Oregon. Would recommend!!
