I decided 4 instead of 5. The room (2Bd/2Bath) with full kitchen, w/d in unit, and balcuny was spot on. The resort is quiet which I like and no goofy theme days/nights. The TVs you need to have the volume pretty high to hear. An inconvenious was the Gondala which the front desk people thought was in service. It was not. So we had to take the free transit which wasn't bad. The free transit was convenient and we used it more than once. My only complaint the ensuite shower is huge and would benefit from a seat and a removable shower head instead of a stationary one. The restuarants are all on top of the mountain so you either walk all the way up or you take the free transit. Other than the not 90 minute time share sitting to get the parking paid for (which we needed to call to get that applied to the bill) this is a good area to be in. There is a Farmers Market in Salt Lake City roughly 30 minutes away. We honestly got all of our grocerys: meat, eggs, butter, fruit, vegetables, and honey. There is another Farmers Market in Park City Proper, and a Silly Sunday Market as well.

Ariel was beautiful. But not super family friendly. The manager was easy to talk to. But posted pool hours did not allow for playing. It was basically a silent pool. Only. Other guest complained about our kids and they closed the pool early. Not a great look. When you have owners that pay for those places to stay. If you don't want kids playing at the pool, close it earlier.

I just spent a 4-day girls vacation at club Wyndham Park City! The hotel is beautiful! The room was great! We had 9 women there. The kitchen was will supplied with dishes and utensils. The little salt and pepper shakers were adorable! The pool and hot tubs were really nice! On the weekend they supplied the makings of S’Mores. My daughter and niece spent two hours playing the giant Chess game. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only problem we seemed to have was keeping my sister’s fire stick connected to the TV, but, while annoying, it didn’t stop us from being able to enjoy movies during our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay at Club Wyndham!

Telling us we get two cars but not telling us we had to pay for one of them started our vacation off on the wrong foot. Rooms need some updating and better furniture. The chairs at the table and barstools were almost impossible to sit in for any length of time without serious pain.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you to Xander, Jose, Chris and Alexis for going out of your way to make sure our stay was great! We appreciated their friendly service, professionalism and anticipating our needs. Great resort, clean, great location. Parking is the only downfall. Awesome staff!

Location looks great but no parking amd then charging $20 per vehicle per night outrageous and also to tell the members that the week of the trip not when booking. Also telling us while we check in the check out is 11 am then calling us 15 after 10 am telling us we need to check out. DUMB.

My family of 5 stayed here for 7 nights for vacation in the beginning of May 2026. It was perfect for us, with a full kitchen 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of things to do in the hotel itself. Shuffle board, video games, a little library, board games, firepit with s'more on certain nights and free coffee, latte, capucino machine!! All the staff were amazingly helpful and always smiling. The hotel was in a perfect spot to visit everything we wanted in all directions. The only down fall was the very very slow elevators and one was broken, luckily we were on the 2nd floor so wasn't to terrible. We will definitely be back!!

When we stayed at the resort the hot tub was closed off but we had the option to use the hot tub at the resort next to ours, $40.00 for additional cars even though we had a 3 bedroom suite with a $250.00 hold for platinum founders. The place is very nice.

It was so beautiful place and the staff was awesome. They gave us a lot of suggestions of places to go visit. Our room was so gorgeous! We love it! Great place to take your family!

I am so glad that we chose to stay at this hotel. I am very impressed by its accommodations, amenities, and staff. When we arrived we found out they had provided us a free upgrade to a 2-bed, 2-bath condo. This was a perfect room with tons of space and a fully equipped kitchen—mugs, plates, silverware, everything. I loved the fireplace. We loved the heated pool and could swim even in cold outside temperatures. Loved the hot tub. And the free hot chocolate. If you take the shuttle do be advised that the driver will not stop to pick you up unless you are standing Right at the bus stop sign. My son and I were only a few feet away and, lo and behold, he didn’t stop for us. Xander in reception was the most welcoming and gracious. Bri was very kind as well. Five stars to this property.
